MINUTES

 

07.24 Apologies for absence

Apologies received from:

Robin Parish – Holiday – Apologies not accepted vote taken 3 in favour and 1 against.

Steven Williams – Work Commitments – Apologies accepted

Mark Burgoyne had indicated he may be late.

07.25 Receive Minutes of previous meeting

With no amendments the minutes of the previous meeting were signed as a true record by the Chairman.

07.26 Declarations of Interest

Cllr Plowden arrived at 7.35pm

Councillors Horrocks, Harris, Shoesmith, Davies and Goode declared a personal interest in agenda item 5.

Cllr Burgoyne arrived at 7.40pm

07.27 Parish website – presentation by Shona Bluhm

Mrs Shona Bluhm had developed a parish website which she demonstrated to councillors.  All agreed the website was a great addition to the area and fully supported Shona’s endeavours and thanked her for her time.  Parish Councillors were asked to fund the hosting of the lydburynorth.net address.  This would cost £28.50 for 2 years, all in agreement.

07.28 Brockton development

Richard Hammersley of West Midland Planning Aid would be meeting with parish councillors on March 25th at 7.30pm in the Green Room.

It was understood that due to a lack of grant being available from AONB the feasibility study results would not be made public.

07.29 Community Speedwatch Programme

Meeting to be held on March 19th
