The parish of Lydbury North covers quite a large area, including a number of smaller communities, Brockton, Eyton, Totterton, Lower Down, Acton and Plowden.

Lydbury North Church was
founded during the 12th century, It is dedicated to St Michael and
All Angels. St Michael is depicted in a stained glass window in the
church. The church is unusual because it is an Anglican church but
